Level up your knitting by learning techniques to recognize, fix, and prevent mistakes in your knitting projects! Gain confidence in reading your stitches so you can more easily understand where things went wrong and how to get back on track without having to start completely over.
Techniques covered will include:
Reading stitches to identify mistakes
Methods for carefully undoing stitches to reach and remedy errors
Repairing holes in work and dropped stitches
Adjusting a knit stitch to a purl & vice versa
This workshop has a 3 person minimum.
Prerequisites
Must be confident with the knit and purl stitch
Must be confident at counting stitches
Materials Required
Students are asked to bring one stockinette stitch swatch and one garter stitch swatch
Instructions for swatch will be sent upon registering for class
Workshop Includes
2 hours of instruction by Jacqui
All students will receive 10% off yarn and needles needed for the workshop.
